Job summary

ByteDance seeks a senior Enterprise Sales professional to own the full sales cycle for LLM, Generative AI, and AI infrastructure solutions in the UAE/GCC region. You will nurture CTOs and enterprise leaders, drive negotiations, and expand strategic accounts across government and enterprise segments.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to tailor deployments, while representing Byte Plus at regional AI conferences and ecosystem events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B technology sales, SaaS, or Cloud platform solutions.
• Proven UAE/GCC B2G and enterprise sales with government tender exposure.
• Foundational understanding of LLMs, Generative AI concepts, AI Agent scenarios, and API pricing models.
• Proficiency in Chinese & English for Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Core competencies in negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management.
• High travel readiness across UAE & GCC.
• Entrepreneurial and resilient with strong learning agility.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: drive end-to-end sales across LLM, Generative AI, and AI infra portfolios.
• Strategic Relationship Management: work with founders, CTOs, and enterprise decision-makers.
• Customer Success & Account Growth: onboard and grow accounts, identify upsell opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Execution: collaborate with solution engineering and product teams.
• Ecosystem & Market Engagement: lead GTM motions with partners and represent at events.
• Pipeline Governance: maintain CRM hygiene and forecast revenue growth in UAE/GCC.
• Consultative Solution Design: translate client pain points into customised cooperation plans.
