Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in business or a related discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the confidence to deliver professional sales pitches and conduct introductory calls.
• Metrics-driven and goal-oriented with the ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, high-tech startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Research: Identify and organize high-quality sales leads by analyzing marketing events, industry reports, and social media to detect new business opportunities.
• Prospect Engagement: Conduct high-level introductory conversations with potential business owners to qualify interest and communicate the value of BytePlus solutions.
• Pipeline Support: Help achieve monthly and quarterly quotas for generated meetings and qualified opportunities to fuel the broader sales funnel.
• Lead Lifecycle Ownership: Grade sales leads based on quality and ensure their timely distribution to Sales Representatives to maintain business momentum.
• Continuous Skill Development: Attend regular training and coaching sessions to adopt proven selling methodologies and build deep knowledge of AI, SaaS, and regional market trends.
