Prompt is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager in Dubai to drive satisfaction, retention, and expansion among enterprise SaaS clients, own onboarding, and build trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building across all organizational levels.
• Strong proficiency with software platforms and MS Excel.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for client meetings.
• BI and advanced reporting experience preferred.
