Job summary

Macber Enterprise is hiring a Business Development Manager to build enterprise relationships in the UAE and GCC for technology delivery, AI solutions and Cairo-based teams. You will own the commercial process from target accounts to qualified opportunities and agreement.

The role involves engaging enterprise decision-makers, shaping solutions with delivery leaders, and driving credible proposals. Fluency in English is required; Arabic helps in some accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B enterprise business development in technology or complex services in the UAE/GCC.
• Evidence of winning and managing multi-stakeholder opportunities.
• Strong discovery, proposal, negotiation and commercial judgment.
• Ability to sell outcomes and delivery capability without overstating experience.
• Excellent English; Arabic is useful where relevant to the account.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage relevant enterprise decision-makers and partners.
• Discover operational and technology needs, shape solutions with delivery leaders and write credible proposals.
• Build and manage a transparent pipeline, forecasts and account plans.
• Lead meetings, commercial negotiations and handover into delivery.
• Bring market feedback into Macber's offer and positioning.
