Job summary

Model ML, a fintech-focused AI platform, seeks a senior sales leader in the UAE to drive region-wide growth. You will own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure, engaging with private equity, investment banks, and top-tier consultancies to expand client base and revenue.

You will collaborate with product and growth teams to refine offerings based on market feedback, navigate a fast-paced fintech environment, and travel within the region as needed to close strategic deals.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience essential in a venture-backed environment.
• Minimum 5 years experience with private equity firms, investment banks, or tier 1 consultancies.
• Strong academic background from tier 1 institutions; MBA is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the region.
• Identify potential clients, including private equity firms, investment banks, and relevant consultancies.
• Oversee the entire sales lifecycle.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with industry key stakeholders.
• Work closely with internal teams to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
