Job summary

MultiBank Group in Dubai seeks a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to own ML products and infrastructure, shaping the ML lifecycle from design to deployment. This hands-on role drives scalable AI systems used in real-time environments, balancing performance, cost, and maintainability.

You will deploy and operate models across production pipelines, collaborate with product and data teams, and mentor engineers while advancing AI platform direction within a regulated, global fintech context.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building production-grade AI systems.
• Experience delivering end-to-end ML projects from data to monitoring.
• Ability to own ML pipelines, training, inference, and deployment.
• Strong collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Fintech or financial services experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy scalable ML systems in production.
• Develop supervised, unsupervised, and generative models at scale.
• Own ML pipelines, feature stores, training infra, and inference.
• Design RAG systems and evaluation pipelines for LLMS.
• Implement CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, and retraining.
• Optimize latency, cost, and reliability across live systems.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and data teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and set technical standards.
• Contribute to data architecture and cloud direction.
• Work with mobile attribution data sources for ML use cases.
