Job summary

Multitude FZE in Dubai, UAE, seeks a Business Development Associate to drive growth in our technology and AI business. This hands-on, target-driven role focuses on prospecting, engaging senior decision-makers, presenting solutions and closing deals, with hybrid work and a clear path to develop a client portfolio.

You will manage the full cycle from lead generation to onboarding, using CRM tools and modern sales tech to track activity and results.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
Ability to prospect, reach decision-makers and close deals.
Comfortable with cold outreach and outbound prospecting.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Fluent English and UAE-based availability for client meetings.

Responsibilities

Research and identify potential UAE businesses and opportunities.
Build and develop a qualified sales pipeline.
Identify business owners, founders and decision-makers.
Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, LinkedIn, email and other channels.
Initiate conversations and understand client requirements and challenges.
Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
Maintain follow-ups and prepare commercial opportunities and proposals.
Negotiate and convert opportunities into paying clients.
Support onboarding for new clients and manage CRM records.
