Dimension Data / NTT ltd in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior AI market leader to drive growth across large accounts in Financial Services and Retail. You will shape AI strategy, translate business challenges into AI-enabled outcomes, and act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Academic qualifications and certifications: Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• Required experience: 8–12 years in consulting, professional services, or industry roles with client-facing and leadership exposure.
• Minimum of 5 years leading AI, data, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
• At least 2 years hands-on experience with Generative AI solutions (LLMs, AI agents, GenAI apps).
• Experience in Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Automotive, Healthcare or Public Sector.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute the AI go-to-market strategy for assigned mega accounts or regional portfolios.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and senior executives.
• Identify and shape AI transformation opportunities aligned to client priorities.
• Develop compelling AI value propositions, business cases and solution narratives.
• Partner with Client Partners, Sales, and Industry Leaders to originate, position, and close AI engagements.
• Lead RFP/RFI/RFQ responses including solution strategy, win themes, and executive presentations.
• Oversee executive presales activities including opportunity shaping, design, and proposal positioning.
• Drive AI pipeline growth, revenue performance and commercial success across accounts.
• Embed responsible AI principles: security, governance, transparency, and human oversight.
• Collaborate across a matrixed organization with delivery and leadership teams.
