eMinds is seeking an AI Solutions Sales Specialist (Large SMB & Enterprise) to drive AI business growth with enterprise customers. You will define AI visions, identify high-impact use cases, and guide customers from strategy to scale with eAI solutions.

The role requires strong AI platform knowledge, consultative selling skills, and experience closing complex B2B deals. This position targets large SMBs and enterprises across the Middle East region.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years in technology sales, consulting, or solutions.
• Minimum 3+ years in AI / GenAI / Data & AI.
• Proven track record selling AI, cloud, data, or digital transformation solutions.
• Experience engaging large SMB and enterprise customers.
• Ability to build and close complex B2B technology opportunities.
• Strong understanding of hyperscaler AI ecosystems.
• Experience developing commercial business cases and ROI models.
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft / AWS / Google / NVIDIA / Data & AI

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do - Job Responsibilities:

You'll drive AI business growth by guiding customers through their entire AI journey:

Working hand-in-hand with our B2B Account Managers and Solution Architects, you'll help customers define their AI vision, identify high-impact use cases, and successfully adopt e& AI solutions.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1. AI & Agentic AI Expertise: Strong practical understanding of Generative AI & LLMs, Agentic AI and AI agents, Copilots and AI assistants, RAG and enterprise knowledge solutions, Conversational & Voice AI, AI workflow automation, and multi-agent solutions.
• 2. AI Platforms & Ecosystem Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI / Copilot, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI / Gemini, leading LLM platforms, NVIDIA / GPU AI compute, and modern Data & AI platforms.
• 3. AI Commercial Acumen: Ability to commercialize AI token consumption, reserved AI throughput/capacity, GPU & compute consumption, AI APIs, AI SaaS, Agent-as-a-Service, and managed services — and translate them into clear ROI and business cases.
• 4. Consultative AI Selling: Confidence engaging C-suite executives (CEO, CIO, CTO, CDO) — running AI discovery workshops, readiness discussions, use-case identification, solution positioning, business-case development, executive presentations, and commercial proposals.
• 5. Business Use-Case Expertise: Ability to identify practical AI opportunities across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, HR, Operations, and Employee Productivity — with a focus on repeatable, fast-to-deploy solutions for large SMB customers.
