Job summary

United Al Saqer Group in Abu Dhabi seeks an Artificial Intelligence Program Manager to drive enterprise AI adoption across IT, HR, and Finance. You will lead strategy, governance, and value realization, coordinating with subsidiaries and key functions to scale AI initiatives.

The role requires 8–10 years in technology/digital transformation with at least 3 years leading AI projects, and familiarity with ERP/HCM systems, Azure & Oracle AI tools. UAE experience is preferred, location in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
8-10 years in technology or digital transformation, with at least 3 years in leading AI initiatives.
Proven experience managing AI/ML or data analytics projects.
Strong understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, HCM), cloud platforms, and AI tools.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Oracle AI, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Experience in the UAE/GCC region is preferred.

Responsibilities

Own and refine the group-wide AI strategy and phased implementation roadmap to align with business goals.
Align subsidiaries and functions on common AI priorities, standards, and funding through regular reviews.
Oversee AI projects from inception to deployment, lead a virtual AI task force, using Agile methods where appropriate.
Define ROI baselines, assign benefits owners, and track realization against ROI hypotheses.
Clarify decision authority across functions to remove blockers and accelerate execution.
Report quarterly progress, KPI performance, and risks to the GCTO and leadership.
Run intake and prioritization to build a pipeline of AI use cases with clear problem statements and ROI hypotheses.
Deliver proofs of value and scaled releases with defined metrics in partnership with business owners.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery plans to ensure solutions are integrated and ready for operations.
Lead organizational change for AI adoption, coordinating with HR’s training team and Enterprise Skilling Program.
Execute adoption plans for each AI release, including communications and support models.
Define adoption KPIs and publish a monthly leadership dashboard.
Build an AI champions network with quarterly enablement sessions.
Work with IT governance, risk, and compliance to enforce responsible AI use, data privacy, and security policies.
Establish and enforce AI governance frameworks compliant with UAE regulations.
Partner with cybersecurity, legal, and data owners on risk controls for AI solutions.
Ensure risk and bias assessments for all AI projects and human oversight where needed.
Liaise with external providers (Microsoft Copilot, Oracle AI, AI vendors) for tools and roadmaps.
Evaluate new AI tools, stay informed about product roadmaps, and run proofs-of-concepts.
Manage partner performance through SLAs, value realization tracking, and quarterly reviews.
