Responsabilités

• Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and satisfaction programs.

• Assist in analysing employee engagement survey results and identifying improvement areas.
• Prepare internal communication content including newsletters, announcements, and HR updates.
• Research external trends and best practices to improve engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to enhance employee experience initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and internal communication standards.
• Assist in developing creative initiatives that promote engagement and workplace culture.
