The position combines direct customer engagement, sales performance, merchandise assistance, and operational support to ensure a consistent and positive retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service and Engagement

• Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines and store standards.
• Understand customer preferences and requirements to recommend suitable products and provide personalized assistance.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and with a customer-first approach.
• Escalate customer concerns to the Store Manager when additional support or resolution is required.
• Build positive customer relationships through attentive service and helpful product recommendations.

Sales and Product Knowledge

• Work towards assigned sales targets and identify opportunities to exceed performance expectations.
• Develop thorough knowledge of available merchandise to confidently explain product features and suitability.
• Apply effective selling techniques to support customer purchasing decisions and generate higher-value transactions.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on individual customer needs.
• Encourage repeat business by delivering a consistent and satisfying shopping experience.
• Recommend, select, and help customers locate suitable merchandise within the store.
• Assist customers in finding products at other Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands or stores when requested items are unavailable.

Store Operations and Standards

• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and organization in line with established retail standards.
• Support daily store activities, including merchandise replenishment and general housekeeping.
• Ensure products are displayed and organized to support convenient shopping and customer accessibility.
• Follow store security policies and operational procedures to minimize stock loss.
• Contribute to the smooth running of daily retail operations while maintaining a professional shopping environment.
