• Use appropriate selling techniques to support high-value transactions.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products based on customer requirements.
• Recommend, select, and locate merchandise for customers.
• Help customers obtain suitable products from other Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands and stores when merchandise is unavailable in the current location.
• The Sales Associate contributes to the daily readiness of the store alongside direct selling responsibilities.
• This includes supporting merchandise replenishment, maintaining clean and tidy selling areas, and helping ensure store presentation remains consistent with required standards.
• The role also requires close cooperation with colleagues to maintain efficient customer service and support store priorities throughout the trading day.
• Follow store security policies and applicable procedures.
