Job summary

Raqmiyat in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles. You will source, screen and engage candidates across multiple technologies, coordinating interviews and onboarding in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in technical IT recruitment, deep knowledge of sourcing platforms, and strong stakeholder management to deliver high-quality talent for our technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT or related discipline.
• 6+ years in technical/IT recruitment.
• Experience in IT consulting, staffing, RPO or technology services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirements to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, account managers, business heads and HR to align technical needs with candidate profiles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Assess technical requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate technical and managerial interviews and provide timely candidate feedback.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS records, ensuring accurate documentation.
