Dautom in Dubai is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join its Dubai recruitment team. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and closing technical positions, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and building a strong technical talent pipeline.

The successful candidate should have agency-recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Immediate joiners preferred and UAE-based candidates only.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of technical recruitment experience.
• Proven agency-recruitment experience is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing technical roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Must be based in the UAE with immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical roles
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including candidate engagement and closing
