Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter for a full-time role in Dubai, UAE. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions, ensuring sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding are handled efficiently.

You will source candidates through Naukri Gulf, LinkedIn, Indeed, and referrals, and recruit across Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and other IT domains. Coordinate with clients and mentors while building strong pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of IT/Technical recruitment experience.
• UAE/GCC recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
• Ability to understand and screen candidates across IT technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions, from understanding requirements and sourcing to screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Source and attract candidates through Naukri Gulf, LinkedIn, Indeed, databases, referrals, and Boolean search, including passive candidates for difficult technical roles.
• Recruit across Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Centre, DevOps, ERP, Applications, Software Development, and other IT functions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field with 5–8 years of IT/Technical Recruitment experience.
• Open to Indian nationals with strong understanding of technical job profiles and ability to understand and screen candidates across IT technologies.
• Excellent sourcing, Boolean search, candidate screening, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• UAE/GCC recruitment experience preferred, with experience in technology companies.
