Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter – IT & ICT in the UAE to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. You will source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and coordinate onboarding, leveraging strong IT knowledge and UAE market experience.

You will build a robust pipeline, coordinate with account managers, and maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure timely closures and high-quality hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in technical/IT recruitment, UAE preferred.
• Experience with IT systems integrators, managed services or outsourcing environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.
• Understand client requirements and convert them into search criteria.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri Gulf, Indeed, databases and referrals.
• Identify and attract passive candidates for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and arrange offers and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong technical talent pool.
