Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter for a full-time role in Dubai, UAE. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions, ensuring sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding are handled efficiently.

You will source candidates through Naukri Gulf, LinkedIn, Indeed, and referrals, and recruit across Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and other IT domains. Coordinate with clients and mentors while building strong pipelines.

Qualifications

5–8 years of IT/Technical recruitment experience.
UAE/GCC recruitment experience preferred.
Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
Ability to understand and screen candidates across IT technologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.
Source and attract candidates through Naukri Gulf, LinkedIn, Indeed, databases, referrals, and Boolean search.
Recruit across Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Centre, DevOps, ERP, Applications, Software Development, and other IT functions.
Manage recruitment targets and candidate pipelines, coordinate with clients and account managers, and support junior recruiters.
