Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles in Dubai. You will source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri Gulf and other channels, screen them, coordinate interviews and negotiate offers to onboarding.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of IT/Technical recruitment experience, excellent sourcing skills, and strong stakeholder management to support clients and junior recruiters across diverse IT domains.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.

• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and negotiate offers and onboarding.
• Manage recruitment pipelines across Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Centre, DevOps and software development.
• Support junior recruiters and coordinate with clients and account managers.

Job Description:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions, from understanding requirements and sourcing to screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Source and attract candidates through Naukri Gulf, LinkedIn, Indeed, databases, referrals, and Boolean search, including passive candidates for difficult technical roles.
• Recruit across Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Centre, DevOps, ERP, Applications, Software Development, and other IT functions.
• Manage recruitment targets and candidate pipelines, coordinate with clients and account managers, and support junior recruiters with technical sourcing and screening.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field with 5–8 years of IT/Technical Recruitment experience.
• Open to Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, Teluu, Bengali, Marathi speakers with strong understanding of technical job profiles and ability to understand and screen candidates across IT technologies.
• Excellent sourcing, Boolean search, candidate screening, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• UAE/GCC recruitment experience preferred, with experience in technology companies.
