• Proficiency in customer complaint resolution and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned financial and non-financial objectives.
• Manage and grow the portfolio emphasizing liabilities, FX, fees, and trade transactions while meeting targets.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance revenue streams.
• Maintain awareness of AML/compliance with UAE central bank policies.
