Job summary

Higher Colleges of Technology is seeking a Specialist - Employee Experience to manage and execute end-to-end employee-related operational activities for assigned campuses. You will coordinate with Case Management and Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure accuracy and a positive employee experience.

The role requires handling onboarding/offboarding, governance checks, and preparing employee letters and actions in line with DoA and policy frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Services, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience managing employee lifecycle transactions and HR documentation.
• Experience in governance frameworks and approval matrices (DoA).

Responsibilities

• Manage all employee-related transactions and movements for assigned campuses in coordination with HC.
• Coordinate with Operations Business Partners for the allocated campuses and other HC units.
• Ensure on-time onboarding and offboarding support including visa, medical insurance, and related tasks.
