Job summary

Amazon Inc. in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Manager for the Global Sales Strategy & Operations team. You will blend hands-on analytics with operational excellence to support SMB and Scale sales leaders across the region.

You will build insights from diverse data sources, deliver actionable reports, and influence sales strategy with data-driven recommendations. The role requires strong Excel/CRM skills and the ability to partner with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
• Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.
