Job summary

Fireblocks is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to drive revenue in the EMEA region from our Dubai office. You will sell Enterprise SaaS and blockchain-based payments solutions to banks, PSPs, and fintechs, collaborating with regional teams to close complex deals.

The role requires a proven track record in high-value enterprise sales, a relentless hunting mindset, and fluency in moving opportunities through a multi-step sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Enterprise SaaS or institutional sales experience, selling into the Payments space.
• Track record of over-achievement in an enterprise sales position.
• Entrepreneurial and relentless hunting attitude.
• Willingness to prospect and qualify for new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Collaborate with BDR and GTM teams to generate and qualify leads.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects and customers.
• Conduct prospecting, territory, and account planning to identify opportunities.
• Keep CRM up-to-date with accurate account and pipeline information.
