Job summary
Fireblocks is seeking a Sales Engineer for the EMEA region to support the regional sales team by demonstrating Fireblocks’ secure infrastructure to prospective clients. You will collaborate with Sales Directors, BDRs, and Product teams to tailor technical solutions spanning custody, tokenization, DeFi, and transaction flows.
You will lead demonstrations, design integrations, and present complex topics to executives and technical stakeholders, ensuring security and scalability align with customer
Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, blockchain or cybersecurity pre-sales.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear customer value.
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
Responsibilities
- Pre-Sales Support: deliver product demos, workshops, and PoCs.
- Solution Design: design scalable, secure integrations with Fireblocks.
- Technical Presentations: explain architecture to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.
- Customer Engagement: guide onboarding and enable seamless integration with Wallet Infrastructure and APIs.
- RFP Management: lead technical responses to RFPs with accurate, compelling answers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Product, R&D, and Security teams.
- Domain Expertise: stay updated on blockchain and digital asset trends.
