Job summary
Fireblocks is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to support the EMEA region from Dubai. You will translate complex blockchain infrastructure into tailored technical solutions for banks, fintechs, and Web3 enterprises, working with Sales Directors, BD reps, and Product teams to deliver demonstrations and PoCs that address security and compliance needs.
You will lead technical presentations to both technical and executive audiences, guide onboarding of Fireblocks’ MPC-based Wallet
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical pre-sales for SaaS, fintech, blockchain, or cybersecurity.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into customer value and ROI.
- Experience delivering demos to diverse audiences, including executives.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong collaboration with product, R&D, and security teams.
Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations, workshops, and PoCs for prospects.
- Design technical solutions that integrate Fireblocks with client operations.
- Present in-depth content to technical and C-level stakeholders.
- Guide onboarding and seamless integration of Fireblocks APIs and wallets.
- Lead RFP responses with accurate, compelling technical answers.
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Security to address feedback.
- Maintain domain expertise on blockchain, custody, tokenization, and DeFi.
