Job summary

Fireblocks is seeking a Sales Engineer in the EMEA region to support the regional sales team by demonstrating the value of Fireblocks’ infrastructure platform to prospective clients across banking, fintech, Web3, and enterprise sectors.

You will collaborate with Sales Directors, BDRs, and Product teams to deliver tailored technical solutions addressing customer needs—from asset custody to tokenization and DeFi. This role requires deep blockchain knowledge and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

Experience in SaaS, fintech, blockchain or cybersecurity.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer value propositions.
Strong track record of delivering tailored demos and presentations.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver tailored product demonstrations, workshops, and PoCs with Sales Directors.
Design technical solutions that integrate Fireblocks’ infrastructure into client operations.
Present technical content to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives.
Guide clients through onboarding and integration with Fireblocks’ MPC-based Wallet Infrastructure and APIs.
Lead technical responses to RFPs with accurate, client-aligned information.
Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Security teams to address customer feedback.
