Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Fire & Security in EMEA Data Centre Solutions. You will lead the sales strategy across the region, driving growth with hyperscalers and colocation customers while coordinating with Global Accounts and leadership to ensure successful solution delivery.

You will oversee a team of technical sales specialists, develop market opportunities, forecast performance and maintain strong customer relationships across international markets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and change management expertise.
• Extensive Fire & Security industry experience.
• Deep knowledge of the Data Center ecosystem, including hyperscalers and colocation providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Centre Solutions sales strategy across EMEA.
• Drive growth within key Data Center customer accounts (Hyperscalers and Colocation providers).
• Forecast and manage sales performance; align with Global Accounts and leadership.
• Develop team capability, provide technical solution leadership, ensure high quality customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Global Product, Operations, Service, Marketing and Finance teams.
