Job summary

Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Group is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer with proven experience in ELV systems and electrical solutions to join our expanding team in Dubai. You will develop relationships with MEP contractors, system integrators, consultants, and end users to generate new business opportunities and meet sales targets.

You will promote ELV and electrical solutions such as BMS, GRMS, Home Automation, UPS, and EV Chargers, coordinating with technical teams to propose suitable

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in ELV systems or electrical solutions, preferably in the UAE market.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Good knowledge of ELV systems and electrical products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with MEP contractors, system integrators, consultants, and end users.
• Generate new business opportunities, identify potential projects, and follow up regularly on enquiries.
• Promote and sell ELV and electrical solutions, including: Building Management Systems (BMS); Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS); Home Automation Systems; Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS); EV Chargers.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
• Follow up on quotations, project opportunities, and customer requirements to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with management for commercial and technical support whenever required.
• Build strong customer relationships and expand market presence in Abu Dhabi.
