Job summary

SIBCA Electronics is seeking an ELV Engineer to lead site engineering execution for ELV systems in the UAE, including CCTV, access control, and home automation. You will coordinate with MEP teams and ensure high-quality installations and on-time delivery in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE.

Ideal candidates hold a related engineering degree and 2–5 years of ELV experience, with strong troubleshooting and client-facing skills. This is a full-time onsite role with immediate availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline.
• 2–5 years of hands-on ELV systems engineering, structured cabling, and low current installations.
• Strong proficiency in ELV architectures, CCTV, Access Control, and Intercom systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, execute, and oversee ELV installations from design to commissioning.
• Supervise structured cabling installation, copper/fiber backbones, cable management, and testing.
• Configure, program, and commission home automation and building management systems.
• Conduct site surveys, review shop drawings, and prepare material submittals and technical compliance statements.
• Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, MEP contractors, and client representatives across UAE.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software faults across CCTV, access control, intercom, and ELV networks.
• Ensure adherence to local standards (SIRA/MCC) and international best practices.
• Prepare daily site progress reports, installation logs, and as-built documentation.
• Coordinate material deliveries and subcontractor site activities to maintain schedules.
• Enforce safety and quality control on site.
