Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager to deepen elite client relationships and oversee portfolio growth across liabilities, FX, and fees. You will drive cross-selling opportunities while maintaining strict AML and UAE central bank compliance.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
4 years banking experience focusing on relationship management and portfolio growth.
Excellent knowledge of business banking, trade products, and foreign exchange rates.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in customer complaint resolution and service delivery.

Responsabilidades

Achieve financial and non-financial objectives for the portfolio.
Grow liabilities, FX, fees, and trade transactions while meeting targets.
Identify cross-selling opportunities to boost revenue streams.
Maintain AML compliance and awareness of regulatory requirements.
Visit and call clients to identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships.
