• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of luxury branded residential developments, meeting targets.
• Develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, brokers, and international consultants.
• Manage full sales cycle from initial engagement to negotiation and completion.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategies to attract buyers.
• Conduct private viewings, client presentations, and project showcases.
• Represent the developer at exclusive launches and investor presentations.
• Provide buyers with detailed information on developments and investment opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and pricing in Dubai's luxury sector.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, pipelines, and client records.
