Director & Co is seeking a talented Design Manager to lead the design development for luxury residential, branded residences, commercial, and hospitality projects in Dubai. You will manage design consultants and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure design quality, adherence to budgets, and timely delivery.

The role requires proven experience in design management within real estate development, with a track record in branded residences and luxury sectors, and strong ability to balance

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven experience in design management within real estate development.
• Experience in branded residences, luxury hospitality, and/or premium commercial projects.
• Strong background in design development, consultant management, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Ability to balance design excellence with project budgets, timelines, and technical requirements.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development from concept through detailed design and execution.
• Manage design consultants and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Review design submissions to ensure quality, functionality, and alignment with project requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet project budgets, timelines, and design objectives.
• Oversee design coordination, value engineering, and technical reviews.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, authority requirements, and relevant design standards.
• Maintain design excellence across luxury residential, branded residences, commercial, and hospitality projects.
