Job summary

Modulor is seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to drive sales of residential units in Dubai. The role is on-site, guiding buyers from first enquiry to closing and building lasting relationships with local and international investors and end-users.

You will conduct site visits, show units, manage the full sales cycle through SPA and handover, qualify leads, and coordinate with brokers, marketing and project teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in residential real estate sales.
• Based in Dubai with UAE work rights.
• Fluent English; UAE driving licence.
• Available to work on site, weekends and launch events.

Responsibilities

• Sell residential units from studio to penthouse, including off-plan and ready.
• Conduct site visits, show-unit tours, and gallery presentations.
• Generate and qualify leads via referrals, events, portals, social media and your network.
• Manage full sales cycle from needs assessment to SPA and handover, and keep the CRM current.
• Coordinate with brokers, marketing and project management on launches and open houses.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
