Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end retail is preferred.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays in a 24/7 setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a memorable first impression.
• Assist with luggage, taxi coordination, and valet services.
• Monitor entrance access and maintain a secure yet welcoming environment.
• Provide accurate directions and local recommendations for guests.
• Anticipate guest needs and coordinate with front office and concierge teams to resolve requests promptly.
• Uphold grooming, etiquette, and professional standards at all times.
