As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a pivotal role in defining their experience. Key Responsibilities

• Guest Welcome: Deliver a gracious and personalized welcome to all guests and residents, ensuring a memorable first impression.
• Concierge Support: Assist with luggage handling, taxi coordination, and valet services with efficiency and care.
• Security & Access: Monitor entrance access, verify guest credentials discreetly, and maintain a secure yet welcoming environment.
• Local Expertise: Provide accurate directions and recommendations for local attractions, dining, and transportation.
• Service Excellence: Anticipate guest needs and collaborate closely with the concierge and front office teams to resolve requests promptly.
• Brand Ambassador: Uphold the highest standards of grooming, etiquette, and professionalism at all times.

What We Are Looking For

• Presence: A tall, well-groomed individual with a commanding yet approachable presence.
• Experience: Previous experience in luxury hospitality, high-end retail, or customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, Mandarin, Italian, Spanish) are a strong advantage.
• Attitude: A genuine passion for service, with the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
• Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, in a 24/7 operational environment.
