Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Dubai is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Electrophysiology for the MEA region. The role will manage on-site installations, preventive maintenance, repairs, and new product launches across a diverse set of EP systems.

You will provide technical support to customers and distributors, coordinate logistics, and ensure high-quality service while adhering to compliance guidelines. A Biomedical/Electrical/Electronic engineering degree and 3+ years of field service experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering required.
• Minimum of 3+ years of field service experience in electrophysiology or related medical devices preferred.
• Experience with Electrophysiology systems such as 3D mapping systems and diagnostic equipment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary field service representative for EP customers in the MEA region.
• On-site installation of EP systems, preventative maintenance, upgrades and urgent repairs.
• Lead new product support including installation and customer training for successful adoption.
• Provide high-quality technical support to customers, distributors and internal teams.
• Manage logistics and administration: quotes, orders, invoicing and shipping coordination.
• Monitor warranties and service contracts, including renewal follow-ups for continuous coverage.
