Job summary

Abbott Laboratories in Dubai seeks a Senior Key Account Manager to lead major accounts for its Electrophysiology division. Based in Dubai, you will partner with key customers, manage long-term relationships and drive revenue across EP products, software, and capital equipment.

You will collaborate across regions, engage with procurement and C-level stakeholders, and shape margin improvement plans while leveraging data tools like PowerBI and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of EP clinical/sales experience, preferably in Gulf region.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong negotiation and advisory skills.
• Ability to build solid relationships with key customers and decision makers.
• Understanding of finance, health economics and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical & clinical electrophysiology support to physicians.
• Build partnerships with long-term focus and engage with purchasing groups.
• Interact with centers' decision makers and admin teams.
• Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers to identify sales opportunities.
• Utilize PowerBI and Salesforce to derive insights and drive the business.
• Identify margin improvement opportunities with the Country Manager and Financial Controller.
• Develop 360° offers including full portfolio deals and services.
• Keep deals alive post-closure with the sales team.
