Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: University/Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
• Experience: 3+ years of related field service experience.
• Technical Specialty: Experience with Electrophysiology systems (e.g., 3D cardiac mapping, RF generators) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: primary contact for service requests from initiation to resolution.
• Field Service & Repair: on-site installation, preventive maintenance, upgrades, and urgent repairs.
