Job summary

Worley is seeking a Construction Supervisor-Mechanical in Abu Dhabi to lead multi-discipline team activity on an oil & gas project. You will monitor interfaces, enforce approved procedures, and coordinate with EPC contractors to ensure safety, quality, and timely project delivery.

The role requires hands-on supervision on site, awareness of Mechanical Completion activities, and alignment with HSSE practices. Applicants should have experience in petrochemical plants and EPC environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical plants.
• Experience with EPC projects and construction interfaces.
• Review of mechanical completion dossiers and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE practices and project safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Review and input to overall construction plan and procedures to ensure constructability.
• Monitor EPC Contractor resources and scheduling to avoid impact on progress.
• Ensure all construction procedures, method statements and ITPs are approved prior to work.
• Supervise construction work and verify quality in accordance with project specs and standards.
• Coordinate with vendors/licensors as required to support construction activities.
• Oversee punch list development, clearance, and handover of project documents.
