Job summary

K20s Kinetic Technologies is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver first- and second-line support for classroom devices, servers, and networks across multiple school sites in the UAE. The role includes roving on-site presence and ensuring consistent IT operations throughout the education estate.

The candidate will manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and basic server tasks under delegated authority, with emphasis on documentation and SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT/CS or related field.
