The Ministry of Education (MOE) is responsible for the operation of technology services across UAE government schools. The Technical Operations Department ensures reliable IT support, managing devices, networks, and digital platforms used by teachers and students.
Key duties include resolving hardware and software issues, supporting classroom technology, and handling Service Desk requests while maintaining records and adhering to information security policies.
