Job summary

BOOKR Kids is seeking a regional sales leader based in Dubai to drive direct sales to schools and institutions across the MENA region. You will manage the regional funnel in HubSpot, close deals, and hit ARR targets while expanding a distributor network.

You will report to the Regional Head of Sales and collaborate with product and GTM teams, traveling across the GCC as needed. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years quota-carrying sales in EdTech or SaaS within UAE/MENA.
• Fluency in English; professional Arabic strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct selling to schools, nurseries, language centres, and corporate buyers with demos and negotiations.
• Maintain clean HubSpot data, deliver weekly forecasts and KPI snapshots.
• Train distributors' sales teams and monitor joint business plans and co-marketing funds.
• Monitor pricing, curriculum and regulatory changes across MENA and feed insights to Product/ GTM.
