Instructure, Inc. is seeking a Dubai-based Regional Director to lead GCC higher education sales for the Instructure Learning Platform.

You will drive growth, develop targeted strategies, and build strong relationships with universities and government stakeholders across the GCC region. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in SaaS or EdTech sales, a proven track record with C-suite customers, and fluency in English (Arabic a plus).

Qualificações

• 4+ years of sales experience in SaaS, EdTech or enterprise software.
• Proven ability to sell complex solutions at executive levels (C-suite).
• Strategic, consultative sales approach with a Challenger mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new business growth by selling the Instructure Learning Platform across the GCC higher education market.
• Build and execute targeted sales strategies to develop and nurture a strong client pipeline across the region.
• Share insights to help prospective customers evaluate solutions and choose what best fits their needs.
• Prepare and tailor messaging, presentations, proposals, and tender responses for prospective customers.
• Guide prospects through the purchasing process to successful, timely closure.
• Secure profitable pricing and business terms by clearly communicating the value and ROI of the platform.
• Accurately forecast short term and long term sales performance while maintaining strong pipeline management and hygiene.
• Build and maintain relationships with key institutional and government stakeholders across the GCC.
• Partner closely with cross functional teams, including Product and Customer Experience, to share market feedback and customer insights.
• Attend key industry events and strengthen Instructure’s presence across the region.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas within established timelines.
• Travel regularly across the region for onsite meetings and events, up to 30%.
