Flip retail in Dubai is seeking a proactive junior order processor to support sales goals by ensuring prompt and reliable processing of client orders. You will handle orders from multiple channels and coordinate with logistics and finance teams to maintain accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 12th class or equivalent.

• 0-2 years previous experience in similar duty in UAE.
• Internal interaction with Sales, Logistics, EDP, and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Handling sales orders based on sales group needs and forwarding to logistics.
• Producing debit and credit notes for clients.
• Updating stock availability and pricing information for the sales team.
• Processing orders accurately within deadlines; check credit blocks and credit lines.
• Receiving customer orders via phone and email and providing delivery details.
• Daily stock monitoring and reporting to the sales team.
• Coordinate with the sales group to ensure timely delivery.

• Handling sales orders based on sales group needs and also forwarding to the logistic Division.
• Producing debit note as well as credit report note of the clients
• Upgrading all status pertaining to stock availability and price of the short articles to sales team
• Handle the handling of all orders with precision within timelines. Accountable for Checking the credit block and also credit line.
• Receive consumer orders through phone, e-mail and exact and prompt providing of delivery orders
• Daily basis monitoring stocks as well as creating record of the same and ahead to sales team
• Adhere to up delivery and also coordinate with sales group
