Job summary

Flip retail in United Arab Emirates seeks a Data Administrator to ensure orders are processed accurately for customers, SKUs, quantities and costs, and to unblock orders before booking. You will coordinate with Sales, Finance and Warehouse to distribute orders and maintain timely processing.

Responsibilities include data entry, Oracle Code handling, and preparing system-generated records. Strong MS Office skills and good English communication are required for effective inter-department

• Servicing orders, pre-sales, taking orders and processing them
• Data entrance as well as handling Oracle Codes after getting different item codes form the consumers
• Internal interaction & control with Sales, warehouse and Finance groups
• Settlement recognitions with Finance
• Prepare system generated records
• Prospect should have computer system understanding & exposure to MS office programs (Excel, Word. etc).
• Ought to have good English interaction.
