Job summary

ECCO is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to support the growth and daily management of our e-commerce business across the MEA region, with a base in Dubai. You will drive online sales performance, ensure strong digital execution and deliver a seamless customer experience across ECCO's channels and marketplaces.

You will monitor KPIs, optimize content, coordinate launches and collaborate with Marketing, Retail, Merchandising and Supply Chain to maximize conversions and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in E-Commerce, Digital Commerce or Online Retail, preferably in fashion, footwear or lifestyle.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, online trading and KPIs.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations: product listings, content, pricing, promotions and stock.
• Monitor online sales performance and KPIs such as conversion, traffic, AOV and sell-through.
• Support online trading, campaigns, launches and promotional activities.
• Manage and optimize marketplace performance and partner relationships.
• Ensure accurate product content, imagery and online merchandising.
• Analyze data and provide insights to improve sales and customer experience.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Retail, Merchandising, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Identify opportunities to improve e-commerce performance and customer journey.
• Support regional e-commerce projects and new digital initiatives.

About the Role

ECCO is looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to support the growth and day-to-day management of our e-commerce business across the MEA region.

The role will be responsible for driving online sales performance, maintaining strong digital execution and ensuring a seamless customer experience across ECCO's e-commerce channels and marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product listings, content, pricing, promotions and stock availability.
• Monitor online sales performance and key KPIs, including conversion, traffic, AOV and sell-through.
• Support online trading, seasonal campaigns, product launches and promotional activities.
• Manage and optimize marketplace performance and relationships with relevant partners.
• Ensure accurate and timely product content, imagery and online merchandising.
• Analyze e-commerce data and provide actionable insights to improve sales and customer experience.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Retail, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance and external partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve e-commerce performance, processes and customer journey.
• Support regional e-commerce projects and new digital initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Commerce or Online Retail, preferably within fashion, footwear or lifestyle.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, online trading and commercial KPIs.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, CMS and/or marketplaces.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Commercial mindset with a strong focus on sales and results.
• Highly organized, proactive and hands-on.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Regional or multi-market experience is an advantage.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
