Job summary

PSYNOS™ Labs in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an E-Commerce Executive to support daily operation and administration of online stores and marketplace channels. This hybrid, part-time role covers product management, order coordination, store updates, and performance monitoring.

You will collaborate with warehouse, logistics, procurement, finance, marketing and operations to keep e-commerce activities organized, accurate, and efficient, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, online marketplace operations, digital commerce, retail operations, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, marketplace systems, product listings, and online order workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily e-commerce and online marketplace activities across assigned platforms.
• Maintain product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, categories, and availability.
• Review and update product information to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor incoming orders and coordinate order status, updates, and fulfillment requirements.
• Track inventory availability and flag stock issues, discrepancies, or outdated information.
• Support promotions, product updates, campaign changes, and online store maintenance.
• Monitor store activity, sales information, product performance, and basic e-commerce metrics.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, procurement, finance, marketing, and operations teams as required.
• Maintain e-commerce records, reports, trackers, and digital documentation.
• Follow up on pending orders, product updates, operational issues, and platform-related tasks.
• Identify recurring issues and support improvements to e-commerce processes and workflows.

The Role

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate product and order information.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, reporting tools, and digital platforms.
• Good organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify discrepancies, follow up on outstanding tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with major online marketplaces or e-commerce management systems is an advantage.
• A proactive, reliable, and commercially aware approach to daily operations.
