Job summary

ECCO is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to drive growth and day-to-day management of our MEA e-commerce business. You will oversee listings, content, pricing, promotions and stock, while monitoring KPIs such as conversion, traffic and AOV to enhance the customer journey.

The role requires 3+ years in e-commerce or online retail, strong analytical skills and fluent English. Experience with CMS and marketplaces is preferred; regional exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Commerce or Online Retail, preferably in fashion or lifestyle.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, online trading and KPIs.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, CMS and/or marketplaces.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on sales and results.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations including product listings, content, pricing, promotions and stock.
• Monitor online sales performance and KPIs such as conversion, traffic, AOV and sell-through.
• Support online trading, seasonal campaigns, product launches and promos.
• Manage marketplace performance and partner relationships.
• Ensure accurate product content, imagery and merchandising.
• Analyze data and provide insights to improve sales and customer experience.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Retail, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance and external partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve e-commerce performance and customer journeys.
• Support regional e-commerce projects and new digital initiatives.
