Job summary

KIKO MILANO is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist in Dubai to drive digital growth across the IMEA region. You will collaborate with HQ and local teams to optimize the online customer journey, manage product content, and monitor performance across platforms.

Ideal candidates bring e-commerce or digital merchandising experience, a strong analytical mindset, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with fluency in English and Arabic to operate across markets. This is a full-time Dubai-based role.

Qualifications

• Beauty or cosmetics industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support e-commerce sales and growth across IMEA region.
• Coordinate with HQ and local teams on launches, campaigns and activations.
• Manage digital merchandising, product content, and online CX.
• Monitor KPIs like sales, conversion, engagement and sell-out.
• Assist forecasting, inventory and replenishment to ensure availability.
• Manage product setup and catalogue accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and markets.

Position: E-Commerce Specialist

Location: Dubai, UAE

Reporting to: Head of E-Commerce

Key Responsibilities

• Support e-commerce sales and growth across the IMEA region.
• Coordinate with HQ and local teams on e-commerce activities, product launches, campaigns and seasonal activations.
• Manage and optimize digital merchandising, product content and the online customer experience.
• Monitor key e-commerce KPIs, including sales, conversion, customer engagement and sell-out, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support forecasting, demand planning, inventory and replenishment to ensure strong product availability.
• Manage product setup and catalogue accuracy across e-commerce platforms.
• Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HQ and local market teams to drive strong execution across the region.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in e‑commerce, digital merchandising or a related field.
• Experience within the beauty or cosmetics industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with confidence working with data and KPIs.
• Good understanding of online customer journeys, digital merchandising and digital marketing.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work across multiple teams and markets.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with e-commerce, analytics or content management tools is a plus.
• Proactive, curious and comfortable working in a fast‑paced international environment.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
