Job summary

Confidential is seeking an E-Commerce Manager for the MEA region based in Dubai, UAE. You will own commercial performance, digital trading, and consumer experience across online channels, driving profitable growth and strengthening D2C initiatives.

You will lead digital campaigns, analyze KPIs, and collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance to optimize product assortment, pricing, and customer journeys in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing/digital commerce.
• Minimum 5 years of e-commerce or digital trading experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record.
• Experience in retail, fashion, footwear, lifestyle or consumer goods preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• English strong; Arabic would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability, and growth across MEA e-commerce channels.
• Own the digital trading calendar, promotions, and campaigns.
• Monitor KPIs: traffic, conversion rate, AOV, revenue.
• Optimize online customer journey and engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Operations.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and Tech.
• Prepare reports and business reviews for regional/global stakeholders.
• Forecast, budget, and business planning support.
